Ph.D. Candidate in Accountancy

I am a Ph.D. candidate in Accountancy at CUHK Business School. Before joining CUHK in 2024, I earned an M.Phil. and a B.B.A. in Accounting from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. My research examines how information is generated, acquired, and incorporated into decision-making within economic organizations and capital markets. I study how incentives, information intermediation, and institutional arrangements shape these processes, with implications for contracting, governance, and capital allocation.
